戰國古墓發現 2000年前牛肉乾

大陸考古學家2010年在陝西臨潼一處戰國時代古墓，發現存放於銅敦內的多塊不明黑色碳化物，經過中科院透過蛋白質分析和不斷測試，最近終於找到答案，竟然是2000多年前的牛肉。儘管「牛肉乾」已無香味，但肉絲分明，研判可能是經過處理的臘肉，才能保存至今。
